Accommodation and Meals

Participants are required to book their accommodation and meals at the Bildungshaus Kloster Schöntal.
Space permitting, accompanying persons of the participants can also be accommodated in the Bildungshaus.

In 2024, the costs for accommodation and board per day and person at the Bildungshaus Kloster Schöntal are as follows:

Participants (room and full board)
single room: € 72,-
double room: € 57,-
triple room: € 54,-

Accompanying persons (room and full board)
single room: € 93,-
double room: € 78,-
triple room: € 75,-

Accompanying persons, short stay only (one night, breakfast included)
single room: € 65,-
double room: € 50,-
triple room: € 46,-

Accompanying persons (parents and/or teachers), as well as own piano accompanists can also choose to book their accommodation outside of the Bildungshaus. In that case, they are responsible for their own transportation to the competition venue.
Upon request, information about accommodation options in the area will be sent along with the invitation.

All participants and accompanying persons are responsible for their own travel costs.
